Grievance Redressal Portal

  1. This portal has been created to provide convenience to citizens by allowing them to lodge a grievance through their mobile phones or computers.
  2. This removes the need for them to appear at any location to file a physical grievance.
  3. Now filing of grievance as well as tracking the status of the same is possible online through this portal. This saves a large amount of time and effort.The grievance will be addressed by the competent authority within a period of 21 working days.
  4. Citizens can provide feedback for the quality of resolution of grievance through a “Satisfied”/”Dissatisfied” option
  5. If your grievance is not resolved within 21 days. As per Section-B, Sr No-6 of Govt Resolution dated August 24, 2016 you can call concerned Nodal Officer
